The Judicial Review

Our solicitor has confirmed that paperwork pertaining to the Judicial Review has now been received by Mary Orton, Chief Executive at Waverley Borough Council. WBC have got until 14th November to comment on our representation.

    Please post all Undershaw Judicial Review litigation documents on-line so we all can see the arguments and claims.

    We will approach our solicitor to see whether we are in a position to do this. This is something we are looking into.
